Processing Time
Placing your order before 3:00 pm CT will be processed and shipped out the next day.
If you place your order over the weekend your orders will be processed starting that Monday.

    Customer Responsibility
    It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout.
    Please make every attempt to check your address before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee requests to update the shipping address. If your order was shipped to an inaccurate or invalid address we cannot reship or replace it until the item has been returned to our warehouse.
    In the event we have to reship your order you will be responsible
    for additional shipping costs.
    Lost/Missing Deliveries
    If delivery has been confirmed for your package via the shipping carrier, we cannot send out a replacement/additional package once the delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
    1. Please check for missing packages with the carrier.
    2. File a claim with the carrier, prior to contacting us.
    Be sure to note your claim number upon contacting us. If your delivery, has not arrived and tracking has not been updated for 15 days or more (not delivered within 15 days)please email support@glocrazie.com therefore, we can file a claim on your behalf and send a replacement to you.
